Unfortunately a rating is required so I am not allowed to give zero stars so I gave Prescott Computer's one star just to get my review published. I had them work on my computer and personally I had a bad experience for many reasons. Did not fix computer completely. Owner makes promises he can't keep like not returning phone calls. He is extremely arrogant & condescending. He seems angry at life and will make you feel 2 feet tall, like you are an idiot because you know nothing about computers. Thinks nothing of using foul language. He is always in a hurry and has no time for you so he won't give you the time of day. He always complains and is not a good listener. In his mind...the world revolves around him. I will never go to him ever again nor make any referrals to his business and will go so far as telling people to avoid his business if they need their computer fixed. My suggestion...stay away from Prescott Computer's - search for alternative computer repair business.

Really nasty owner who seems to not want any business. Screams at customers, watched him do it to the people in front of me. I wouldn't let him fix anything I own. A real jerk!
