The staff usually just sit down and play around on their phones or are talking about random things with other staff members. The morning shift people only take the residents to the bathroom once which is after lunch and I have never seen them do basic oral care. The evening shift does a better job at actually taking care of the residents than day shift but there is always room for improvement. I would suggest keeping your loved ones far away from this place as they will get such low quality of care.
