Today(2/24/12), I stopped by to pick up dinner for my family, and was asked for my order from the girl working the drive through. After being cutting me off, mid order, she allowed me to finish. I was told my price, and to please drive up. I got to the window, and was greeted by another employee, that told me, that my chocolate would take a minute, before she closed the window. Odd, because I had ordered a triple large with a Coke, a nugget combo large with a Coke, and a flatbread regular with a Coke. The girl that took my order then opened the window, and said, you did get 3 frosties, right. I said no, it was 3 Cokes. After that I was handed my bag, and drinks, paid, and was off for home. When I got home, I unpacked a small fry, a large fry, a flat bread, and nuggets. No burger, no large fry. The absolute worse part of this , had to be the human hairs that I found on top of the nuggets. Until now, I had really enjoyed our Wendys, but, I guess, it's just becoming another run down Powhatan franchise. I had to give this a one star rating, or I couldn't post. This experience doesn't even deserve that rating.

we(my wife and myself) visited the wendy's in powhatan at southcreek one and ordered 2 wendy's chocolate shakes paid for them,drove up to the next window to recieve our shakes and the young lady at the window handed our shakes to us only to say "We have no whipped cream" it would have been nice to know that when we placed our order, but i guess that would make the sales look bad or worse than that make the manager look bad for not keeping up with inventory, I always thought it was about choice,guess not in this case, thanks for making my life easier when it comes to selecting where to go out for fast food next time, guess where it won't be
