This is an awesome program. I haven't had so much fun exercising in my life. But it's not all fun and games. Jeremy and his trainers showed me that I can do way more than I ever thought. Not only am I skinnier than I was before I had my baby, but I have all the energy that I had back in high school!! Everyone should try this program, it's amazing, and it changed my life. Hi, Jeremy!
