All types of environmental consulting as various levels of HUD environmental reviews (exempt, categorical exclusions, and environmental assessments) which are prepared for NEPA compliance. The factors involved in these reviews are historic preservation, noise, floodplains, wetlands, hazardous operations, toxic chemicals, environmental justice, coastal barrier resource system, coastal zone management, airport clear zones, etc. Can prepare these reviews under both Part 50 and Part 58 requirements.
