Provided by YPmobileI have 2 alumni (now highschool) and a current student at MCDC. Now... this review may seem biased because, I am also a teacher there. However, I feel so extrordanaraly blessed to have walked through the doors of this school some 14 years ago. The foundation that both my older girls received has truly shaped them into the amazing young ladies they are today. No where will you find teachers that care so much and such a lovely farm like setting right here in Poway. It is so amazing getting to see first hand the amazing hearts of children guided by beautiful materials and caring teachers blossoming, concentating, cooking, gardening, becoming young leaders. This is truly a wonderful place to be.

Provided by YP.comOur two children have been attending MCDC since 2010 and in all honesty, it has and is a blessing to be a part of MCDC because no other school to my knowledge has ever made such sacrifices; such as flexibility with tuition payments as they have. It really shows that the children's education is their #1 priority-thank you MCDC Staff.

Provided by YP.comBoth of our children started at Montessori Child Development Center in their Little Hands program. They both have flourished. People always ask me how old my daughter was when she started school because she talked so well, and I believe her early schooling at 18 months helped her. Unfortunately we had to relocate to LA, but a year later my daughter still talks about her friends and teachers that she misses. The school was very helpful with their classes for families, and the programs that they offer for children for after school activities were fun too. The school is not only a great learning tool for children, but the school is a community of great teachers, parents, friends and families. A great environment for any family.

Provided by YP.comOur family moved to USA six months ago, and as my son entered MCDC this September, he did not understand English at all. But understanding the warm caring of his teachers and the staff, he got used to his totally new world very quickly, so that he now spends a wonderful time every half day. MCDC is situated in a house and has a big grassy play area to run around, also vegetable and flower gardens where children can see farm animals and how plants grow. It is really an ideal place for small children to play and learn from nature, guided by the warmhearted teachers.
