I know about customer service, worked retail for years and I agree, one can't always believe what they read first hand. :D I am not a tenant YET, just looking around for my options. Everyone is as friendly and helpful as your next door neighbor, and your neighbors are your community. WHEN I READ THIS ON THEIR WEB SITE I HAD TO CHOKE AS THIS IS THE MOST ABUSIVE PARK I HAVE EVER BEEN IN, THE OWNERS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY CONTROLLING AND I HAVE THE LETTERS TO PROVE IT PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE I AM NOT KIDDING.

I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM 1 STAR IF I HAD A CHOICE
