Never take any equipment there unless you only need parts changed. I took my chainsaw there because the carb. needed work and the auto oiler wasn't working. After having the chainsaw there for a month, I went to pick it up because I needed it, fixed or not. He told me that for some reason the carb wasn't sending air to the oil so that it would send the oil to the bar. I played with it myself, found that the carb was sending air to the oil tank, and that the lid had a bad cork gasket and the air was leaking out. Since I couldn't find a cork gasket, I replaced it with a rubber one, and the oiler worked fine. As far as the carb., in my opinion it don't run any different (still have trouble) so I don't believe he looked at that either. Conclussion, he has no clue what he is doing, esp when he don't check the basics. Anyone can change parts even myself.
