I was looking for a hotel at a reasonable rate. I stayed one night at the hotel and found it was not only reasonable, the service was great, room was comfortable, and staff was friendly and nice. I enjoyed the free breakfast and free wi-fi. I recommend this hotel. I am going to come back to this areas, I am going to stay in this hotel. There is big public park next to the hotel, I enjoyed walking through the park.

My husband & I have never been so pleased in our life. Quality Inn in pottstown your the best. The breakfast is just great, the lady who makes it did a fantastic job. We came in late for our stay & the late night girls who checked us in on March 31st were the greatest staff members. They were very pleasant & accomadated our stay very well. They even called us once we got settled in to check & make sure things were good & that is what we liked most. Thank you staff for making our staff pleasant.

We had an event at this hotel...do not be fooled by the outside, it has an amazing banquet hall where our event was held, and they gave us a great deal in our rooms. We booked several rooms and were we shocked by the rooms. We loved the flat screen televisions, they were a good addition. We were a little unsure about the beds but the bards were so soft. Overall this was a great hotel, the rooms were nice, the banquet hall was accommodating, and we had a good time. We will hold some of our futureevents here they are great and helpful staff.

I frequently stay atthis hotel for business and I have to say I never have a problem when I'm there, the staff is always super friendly, rooms always clean, breakfast in the morning is oneof the best free breakfast's I've ever had and the rate is cheap for the service I get. I recommend this place 100% to anyone that has to travel to anywhere near pottstown, PA.

I recently suffered a power outage at my home and decided to stay at a hotel for thed night.. i had not been to The Quality Inn in a while but it was close and the price was fair. what a pleasant experience. I was greeted by Roxie at the front desk and she helped to make my night better. The hotel had undergone extensive renovations since my last visit. The rooms were bright and fresh with new furniture and rugs. the breakfast was very good. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone travelling thru or visiting the area.

We had a really nice stay! The pool was clean and cool. Special Thanks to Guest Services Jen and John with the quick check in/check out. And the woman that kept the breakfast area clean, well stocked and ready for us.I know dealing with the public can be a little difficult at times but they all did it with a smile! Thanks Quality Inn for having such a nice team and giving me a nice experience! I will definitely stay here again next year and refer my friends as well! Keep you the great job!
