      The English Property Maintenance & Landscaping Company was created to deliver the kind of service you want, and should expect from any professional service company. Originating from the UK – we have been in the North American market for over 15 years and in business for 22 years.The core business covers a wide range of heating, plumbing, renewable energies and building related activities, in the commercial & private domestic sector. Specializing mainly in renewable energies and saving energy.I moved the business into the Property Maintenance and Landscaping areas because I found a niche while I was doing work for customers in my early years in business. When I had finished working in their homes they wanted someone to do some extra work like a new bathroom or add/ build a cupboard or in the case of renewable energies, if I had installed an array of solar panels in the garden they wanted some landscaping done to the area around the panels.What I am now able to offer is a full service company – you tell me what you need and I will get it done – no more telephoning multiple contractors to do multiple tasks – I will quote you for all the work and I will manage the work from start to finish.AND – I only work on one job at a time – I wont need to “nip out to see a customer” while on your job – your job gets my 100% dedication and time from day 1 to finish and I am always on site even if I have to get someone to do work which I cant do. All my engineers are correctly qualified and certified with the appropriate bodies.We will simply never do work that does not need doing. Our extremely competitive daily rates are up to $137 per day cheaper than some other companies! However we don't just want you to come to us for our rates, we'd like you to look at the quality of our workmanship too. We will charge you by the hour if it is a small and quick job. We don't always work by the hourly rate, as it may be cheaper to give you a quotation for the complete job, regardless of how long it takes - although we do try and finish the job as soon as possible to minimise the inconvenience to you. As part of our professional service, we always clean up after ourselves, during and after a job. Our Customer policy Our customers are very important to us. We are fully aware of the common practices in the building and plumbing industry and we keep well clear of these practices! With us you will know exactly what you are paying for and what you will get at the end – in writing with a copy of our Terms and Conditions. Everything is in writing as we don't believe in “verbal” agreements, for your security and ours!! We hope that should you need work done more than once, you will continue to use us. Most of our work to date has been gained through “word of mouth” and that's how we like it. Our reputation is invaluable and we want that reputation to be maintained and enhanced.
