The first few times we used their service we had a great experience. This time we did not! The tech was called to bring up specific video footage. He didn't know how to turn on the monitor so he went to Radio Shack using my moms debit card (she's 74) and bought over $70 worth of unnecessary equipment. He also took her TV with him. Hr still couldn't figure out what he was doing on day 2. On day 3 he admitted he didn't know what he was doing. He left and never returned. I called the 1-888 number and they refunded the $297 but not the money from Radio Shack. I'm considering pressing charges for credit card fraud. Quality Control has told me 3 times they'll call back in 24-48 hours with answers but they don't. I would not trust them.

Getting my computer fixed by Geeks On site Computer Repair was the best decision I could have made. My laptop kept overheating and I had no idea what the problem was. Technician had it all fixed and he even cleaned it up for me in less than 2 hours! I was so pleased with the work he did I've referred all of my friends to him. Oh, and his rates were WAY less than others
