I spent three weeks on their dock and, upon leaving, was presented a bill for twice the quoted rate.

I ended up paying just under a thousand dollars to dock my 44-foot sailboat for 22 days. The quoted rate on the contract I signed, at the start, was a little more than half this amount. They hand-annotated the contract, after I signed it, and presented me with the larger bill the day I tried to leave.
