Prices are good but return policy is terrible. Went in explained what I needed and walked out with a pulse meter. Went to use it and found out it did not meet my needs. Went back to the store and they did some research and found out that it indeed would not meet my needs. They found another model that would and gladly offered to sell me that one with no refund on the first. I passed. Can't believe they admit what they sold me won't meet my needs and will not take it back. Be very careful before making a purchase here.

Genuinely friendly service and sincere interest that the products I was selecting were compatible with the intended use; VERY reasonable rates.
