      We have multiple sizes to choose from: 1X1: 608 square feet 2X1: 810 square feet 2X2: 882 square feet 3X2: 1.245 square feet we are PET friendly and accepts dogs and cats (only ONE PER apartment). The PET FEE is non-refundable is $350.00. There are DOG breed restrictions and their weight must BE 25LBS or less. We Also need to BE provided a copy of their current vaccination records, a picture of the animal. And the animal must BE leashed and picked UP afterwards outside.

      The first apartment complex on Lang Road in Portland, TX. Very close to HEB, Stripes, CVS, and the main highway to Corpus Christi. We are located right outside a school zone and right beside two churches.
