This place is terrible. DO NOT send loved ones here. The level of incompetence and complete lack of compassion by the majority of the aides and staff is criminal. One nurse is phenomenal and should not waste her talent at this dump under such poor direction. The aides did not know my grandma's very strict dietary needs, could not manage to obtain correct insulin orders to keep her blood sugar below 400, did not assist my grandma in even getting drinks of water-- by the time she was sent to the emergency room from this hellhole she was so dehydrated her sodium levels reached dangerous levels. In addition, she was left to sit in her urine for 7 hours without being checked or changed and developed a very painful rash. On top of extreme neglect of my grandmother, many members of the staff were blatantly rude to my family and me. Thankfully my grandma was sent to the emergency room after only 3 days there to get some actual care. I only gave 1 star because it is the lowest option.
