The Corrections Division, a part of the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office, provides a range of security services for the citizens of the State of Oregon. It also offers safety services for inmates and staff of the criminal justice system. The division s operations provide for the supervision, order and control of inmates. The Corrections Division provides a variety of detention options to serve the needs of public and individual offenders and enhance the inmates ability to return to the community in a law-abiding manner. The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office is a public service organization that provides civil, corrections and law enforcement services to Multnomah County in Oregon.
