STEER VERY CLEAR! Why isn't it possible to leave zero stars? April will be one year that I purchased my vehicle. Michael Hewitt was initially helpful, then stopped responding when Lot 99 declined to reimburse me for fixing my stereo AS WRITTEN IN THE CONTRACT. Shame on me for purchasing the vehicle "as is," because $3,000+ later, there have been all kinds of issues with the car. AND I have $1500 to go, because it's burning oil now. Sent my final email to Michael today:

"Sending you a note to say I'm exceedingly disappointed in the outcome of this transaction. April will be one year that I purchased my vehicle, and I still have not gotten reimbursed for the stereo fix, per the contract. Nor have you given me the manager's information. The amount of the fix is inconsequential - it is the lack of integrity I'm highlighting. I already had a bad taste in my mouth regarding Lot 99, and I at least thought you were one of the good guys, Mike.

Unfortunately, I will be putting negative reviews on social media everywhere I can in the hopes that others can avoid the hassle I have had to experience. I will also note the more than $3,000 in repairs after the purchase, even though I purchased "As Is." You guys were not forthcoming, integrous, nor high quality, though I suppose that's to be expected from a shady dealer. I would have noted that you at least had integrity, but now I cannot in good conscience do so."

Please, go somewhere else immediately. There are plenty of amazing dealers out there, and your dream car is with them.

This car dealership is friendly and is hands down the best car dealership I've been to. Tyler is very professional and extremely friendly and helpful. At first my credit union wouldn't work but then Tyler hooked me up through OSCU and got me the vehicle I wanted, and he has no problems helping you or answering questions. I definitely got good vibes from him, and didn't feel I was being played as a fool.

Went to a lot of dealers, rob helped me and he felt really down to earth, I didn't get the typical douchey used car salesman vibe. They sell cars from 5k to 35k is what most of their inventory looks like. He was friendly and helpful

I had the best experience ever when buying a car , I have bought new and used at various dealer in the portland metro area the last 30 + years and it always was the same lying game all dealers play , but Lot 99 was with out games , very pleasent , and I found a problem w/ the car I wanted , they gave me more for my trade in ( I do all my own mechanical work ) .I would recommend buying a vehicle from them. Go in with a good attitude and remember you are buying a used vehicle and you will have a good experience.

Bought this vehicle.. Travelled from another state to purchase. It was as represented. Dealer was great to deal with, and the vehicle met my expectations, plus. Dealer went extra mile to hold vehicle, to get paperwork processed at record speed. Will definitely deal with this dealer again for any vehicle needs.

Recently I found a great truck on-line that I could not pass up. Due to the distance I could not check out the truck before my purchase. I had the truck checked out by a 3rd party shop and found the truck to be exactly as represented by the sales person Terry Beck. Terry completed all the details of the sale on-time with no hidden fees or charges.

We negotiated the details of the sale and came up with solutions that I expected from a community focused business. When you want honesty along with a vehicle that is the same as advertised give Terry a call.

A few weeks ago I stopped by Lot 99 just to look around, and I wasn't swarmed by salesmen attempting to sweet talk me into a car - which was a great feeling. The staff is very laid back and friendly without being at all pushy, which was refreshing compared to the suffocating feeling you can get from a lot of car salesmen. I looked at quite a few cars and was pleasantly surprised to find they were all impeccably clean and in great condition. I fell in love with a BMW, and instead of being preached to about all of the perks of the car, I was handed a key to check it out for myself, with the reassurance the car would sell itself.

Just bought a car with the great help from Terry at Lot 99. The whole process was about as easy as it gets. I saw a car on craigslist from their lot, called to say I was coming down and was met by Terry who let me test drive it. The car itself is awesome and super clean, however, I was even more happy with the way I was treated here. Being a young woman, I often feel rushed, pushed to buy things and taken advantage of whenever I'm dealing with anything having to do with cars but this experience was definitely very relaxed and Terry helped answer all the questions I had. I probably will not need a car for a long time (yay!) but when I do, I will definitely come back.

No pressure car sales. Helped us get fantastic financing through a reputable credit union. Price was right. Rob was so easy to work with and helped us buy an F250 lariat outlaw edition (not to mention these things are impossibly rare but the price was right). Did not pressure into the warranty that we all know is a load of crap to make you spend extra money. No frills dealership. Easy and fast. Would recommend to anyone!

Busy place at time of arrival. Greeted by Terry and he asked me my needs. Proceeded to other lot across street and found what I was looking for immediately. Test drove and made the deal. At no time was I pushed or pressured to make the purchase. Very respectful sales and staff. Small items where mentioned before test drive that may need attention, no problem, I will check back with Lot99 when I want to address the issue and see if they may lead me to a good repairman, I bet they will! Love the car and will make sure I mention where I got it and who the sales person was. Don'r overlook this car lot!

I bought a used Yukon from Lot 99 and had a great experience. Tyler was very helpful and let me take the car for a test drive then to my auto mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. My vehicle is in great shape, and the experience was hassle- and pressure-free. I would recommend this place to my friends. I probably paid a little over what KBB value would have been, but I am very happy with the car I got and the price I paid.
