I went into this store & found a pair of shoes I wanted to buy, got in line with the manager to ring up but my card wouldn't scan through. This has happened before because the magnetic strip is sensitive, so I suggested they enter it manually. She says, "it won't run through manually on my computer you need to go to the next one over there..." Sends me to a LONG line while I'm trying to get these shoes on my lunch break. So I wait patiently, the same thing happens at that terminal, I say you need to enter the number manually, the cashier says she can't on their, "new computer system." Same freaking system as every other goodwill I go to & they can all enter it in manually! So I say, "call your manager she told me she can enter it in manually on this computer." Manager is called, she presses a few buttons and says, "Oh nope can't enter it in manually." Then they just stand there looking at me, I just took my card & left empty handed after trying to buy some freaking shoes for 25 minutes. Ridiculous customer service I will never go back.
