This is the best pharmacy in the area. Originally I came for the coffee but as soon as I found it I moved all my prescriptions there. They offer quick friendly service and go out of their way to keep you happy. They also know just how to help you with any insurance issues while maintaining quick and quality service. Easily the best pharmacy in Portland.

Three words to describe this place are FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT and THOROUGH. I was in town for a work trip and needed a pharmacy to fill my prescriptions ASAP. My doctor in the ER sent my information to Gateway because it was closest to my hotel and man was I surprised. Not only was my medication ready almost as soon as I got there, but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Anyone that has had to use pharmacy in a foreign city knows just how stressful it can be but my experience here was great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Every staff member at this pharmacy was arrogant and rude. Their tone of voice was very disrespectful. They also made fun of my husband's physical disability. I once tried calling in a prescription but chose to hang up when the employee became nasty with me. No patience at all. Take your business elsewhere.
