I appreciated the quick responses trough an emergency situation. Vitality was very pleasant and helpful.

This is where a company can truly shine, and that's with honesty. He found the problem and had my garbage disposal working in under 10 minutes. He explained that there was a minor issue and I did not need a new one. These guys are friendly,knowledgeable, on time, and I think the most important one, HONEST!

Very accommodating and very polite. It's good to know you have service professionals that are knowledgeable in their field. I feel comfortable calling you back for any plumbing or drain repairs and will recommend you to all my friends and family. Your services are much appreciated.

The plumber, Jordan, was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.

My 85 year old mother had a $20,000 dollar job done by this company about 2 years ago. This job entailed putting new pipes in from her house out to the street. About 3 months ago, I pulled a free standing cabint away from the wall in her kitchen and found two 1 centimeter holes with sawdust around them in the flooring. Also, there are still 2 ends of piping in the wall behind the cabinet exposed. I asked my mother if she knew about these holes in which she didn't.

My son ( who has experience in constructions) had to call them back right after they finished the job to have some finish work done. So if you plan on hiring casey's plumbing to do a big job like this, be sure to pull out any free standing furniture to make sure that they don't leave you with a slip shod finish work. I certainly won't hire them for any plumbing repairs.

The technician was very friendly and efficient. Our problem was fixed very quickly.

I called panicking that my hot water heater was leaking. The girl on the phone was very sweet and helped calm me down. She told me that she had a technician that just finished a call and would be there within the half hour. He came in and immediately told me what needed to be done and put in the new hot water heater. Thank you Casey's !

The serviceman who helped me, Scott, was great. He was very nice and friendly but the best part was that he arrived on time, got right to work and did the job promptly. Nice to know honest plumber's are still in our area.

Jason was wonderful. We had bad problems with a clogged drain, he ended up having to come back the next morning when it wouldn't clear up the night before. He was very patient and gave us many tips help us so that it wouldn't happen again. He was also very concerned in helping keep the cost down as low as possible. I really appreciate that. I was in a real ""pickle"" and Casey's plumbing was there 100% to help me out. The plumber was extremely professional and the work was done quickly. I will definitely be keeping there number close on hand. Thanks so much!

A few weeks ago I had a kitchen sink problem and called Casey's. This choice was based mostly on positive reviews on this and similar sites.
1. The guy was late, arriving after the appointment window.
2. He did solve the problem which was rust clogging the diverter valve. He replaced that valve and left.
Since that day the sink's sprayer has leaked seriously.

Repairing that leak means replacing the sprayer's hose, which attaches to the faucet under the sink and behind the sink basin. In other words in a very difficult space.

Since that time the sprayer hose has leaked heavily.
A home repair instruction site said that the whole hose and spray head had to be replaced to solve this problem. While feeling around under the sink I discovered that the spray hose attaching nut was not even engaged. I was able to finger tighten the nut which did not solve the problem.

I've called them and the same guy will be out tomorrow. On the work order the man wrote ""Not Responsible for Leaks"". A plumber who denies leaking pipes that result from their half-assed work ???? WTF!!!

The woman who answered the phone at Casey's said that because of the ""not responsible for leaks"" not they might have to charge me for correcting their mistake! If they do charge me then I will consider legal action.

This quality of work is totally unacceptable

We have had Casey's out to our home for two big repairs. The first time was when our water line broke from the street to the house and flooded our crawl space. The very competent, yet grouchy, plumber did a nice job in a timely manner and the price was fair. The second time we had them fix the drain pipe in our kitchen and the one in the laundry room, as well as put in a new water heater. The plumber was nice and hard working. I am not sure about the price I paid, my guess is it was a little high but I got what I wanted.
At that time I joined their club and was told that someone would call me each year to schedule an inspection. They never call us and last time I called them, the technicians that came out didn't do anything. I think they just sat in the truck then they came back in and told me I needed a new garbage disposal. This struck me as funny because the initial reason I had the guy out to replace the drains; was because I thought I needed a new disposal, but the plumber said it was fine.

I will continue to use Casey

I had a really great experience with Jordan at Casey's Plumbing. He was able to solve several issues that I was having with my plumbing. He also gave me a lot of helpful hints on further prevention. I would like to Thank Casey's Plumbing for a JOB WELL DONE. We had a terrible mess under our sink of miss matched pipes complete with a faucet that needed replacing and on old sink. We ended up purchasing a new sink from Casey's and a new faucet from Home Depot, all installed in a couple of hours by an exceptional plumber Dave. We are very happy with the work, a much needed upgrade for our
50 year old home.We adore our new pipes under the sink, all neatly placed !

We have been customers of Casey's Plumbing since early 2007. When we needed some minor plumbing work done recently, one item on our list turned out not to be so minor. Casey's plumber spent the better part of a day in the under house crawl space with power tools getting an outside faucet replaced. The price Casey's quoted was the price to do the job, not the amount of time it took. We have had many items upgraded since we began with Casey's and plan to continue. The workers are always friendly and careful to clean up after their work.

Have always used this company for all my plumbing needs. They have excellent service and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are honest and fair in pricing I trust the work that they do.
