These guys are great! Took my 95 Toyota pickup in for a rebuild. Got the upgraded 22re with the performance cam installed and loving it! More power and noticeable torque increase over my old engine. Thanks guys!

I bought a so called rebuilt 22re toyota engine from this guy.Engine failed at 5000 miles or so. He wouldn't stand behind his work. After disassembly many issues were discovered.Cylinders were worn out and .060.over, so the block was junk, Head was supposed to be new but was belt sanded uneven and .030 over the limit. engine was put together dirty and all the bearings were scored, no crank shaft end play caused the thrust bearing to wear

I'm not much for writing reviews but I can't believe no one has written one! They are terrific! Both my husband and I have had work done on our old Toyota pick up trucks and we have always been happy. I even had my engine replaced there a few years back and I thought it was fair, quick and they told me what was going on and gave me an estimate first. They were also friendly and didn't treat me like a "girl" (I really hate that). I grew up in a family auto shop so I know a little about cars. I always check their recommendations and prices with my brother (who is a very fine mechanic in another part of the country) and he always backs up their choices and pricing. It's hard to find a good mechanic! I absolutely recommend them!
