Daly, Standlee & Associates, Inc is based in Portland, OR USA, with professional degreed staff of over 35 years experience in sound and vibration. Our staff members have consulted extensively on various types of architectural projects including residential, theatre, and musical venue design projects. We have designed controls for a wide variety of industrial operations ranging from a nuclear power plant, to mining and rock crushing facilities. Daly, Standlee & Associates, Inc offers knowledgeable professional and personalized services. We have produced environmental noise studies for freeways, airports, and rail operations. Our solution-oriented approach to acoustical, noise and vibration problems, with an emphasis on cost effectiveness, provides an effective service to address the changing needs of commerce, industry and the arts beyond the Northwestern United States. Daly-Standlee & Associates, Inc was established in 1988 as an outgrowth of Daly Engineering Company. Daly Engineering Company was founded by Mr. Edward Daly in 1969 to consolidate his consulting activities in acoustics while a professor at Oregon State University. Professional staff at DSA was associated with Mr. Daly from 1979 until his death in 1994.
