      NorDx is one of the leading clinical laboratories in the United States. Operational for more than 30 years, the laboratory has branch locations in Portland, Scarborough and Bangor, Maine, Portsmouth, N.H., Burlington and Research Triangle Park, N.C., Raritan, N.J., Herndon, Va., Rochester, Minn., and Wilmington, Mass. It is affiliated with Maine Medical Center, Maine Medical Center Research Institute and the Center for Lipid Research and Clinical Research Management. NorDx s automated and special chemistry department provides blood chemistry test menus for measurement of serum, plasma and adverse specimen conditions, such as lipemia and hemolysis. The laboratory also offers a wide range of testing solutions, including therapeutic drug, drugs of abuse, cardiac and tumor marker and pentobarbital monitoring, volatiles and breath hydrogen analysis, and fetal lung maturity assessments.
