I was granted a loan for $5,000 and they required $845 down to secure the loan at which time it would be released into my account. Not only did I NOT receive the $5,000 this company blantantly took a total of $1,597 to fund a loan that never existed. I DO NOT recommend working with this company under any circumstances.



Yes it was Joan Harris that initally contacted me and it sounds like the same story I was given. However I called them all to the carpet when I suspected fraud and no one returned my call. I have been waiting for a refunf for nearly a month now and certainly don't expect anything to arrive. I've contacted the Federal Trade Commission, the Portland, ME BBB, Portland, ME PD, IC3 and had my attorney contact them with no return calls. I tracked their fax number to Vermont and did a search on the address to find out there was no such company at that location. If anyone finds a solution to retrieve their money please let me know.

The loss of this amount of money for a single mom with a child going through college has caused tremendous financial problems.

I spoke with Joan Harris. I was told I had to pay 5 mon up front. I was getting 5000. I sent 658.00. I was called on the day the money was to be deposited and was told they needed 525.00 more because Canada will not release the money. I said NO to just refund the money. Joan was busy and could not talk, I was then transferred to Lisa. Lisa said in 5-8 days, the money has not showed up yet. The phone number is not even a working # now. They wont answer emails either...BEWARE stay away. I am going to see a lawyer to get my money back. I will get my money back. There is no reason that people should do this when people need help so bad.

was it a lady by the name of joan harris? the funny thing is, i tried calling this number today, and its not longer in service? io've been trying to contact the BBB regarding this business and i cannot believe they are still advertiing on this as well as their website, i was told they would expedite this matter in which i would get my refund in 5-8 busniess day? hmmm.... its been almost 3 weeks and im at a total loss..... did they tell you the same? oh and did the also claim, oh you have to pay such and such interest on top of your first 5 pymts upfont? .... ive requested serveral times to send me something in writing or confirmation of my refund and i got nothing!!
