We opened our location here in Portland, January of 2012. We are located in town and are very easy to find. Spencer apartments is family-owned and operated right here in Portland, IN. Since our company opened its doors in 1976, we've treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best, and come with a personal touch. We have a kind and quick maintenance staff that are here to help you when you need us.
