      Located in Porterville, Calif., Sierra Hills is a residential community that offers a range of assisted and independent living services. The community provides cottages and one- and two-bedroom suites. Its amenities include a courtyard, patio, telephone sets, and air conditioning and fire sprinkler systems. The community also provides housekeeping, emergency, maintenance, transportation and food services. Its facilities feature a library, fitness center, guest lodge, beauty shop, and billiards, pool and media rooms. In addition, the community organizes a variety of recreational activities, including card games, computer classes, cultural events, birthday parties, shopping excursions and cooking sessions. Sierra Hills is a part of Holiday Retirement, which was founded in 1971 and operates more than 250 communities throughout the United States.
