Provence island is awesome, happy to be a resident the past three years. Its quiet, spacious and beautiful. Management is superb and maintenance is always done quickly.

My wife and I love this apartment building! It's so quiet, clean and honestly one of the better looking apartments in the area (inside and out). The neighborhood is great too! All the stores, places to eat and food trucks on Chatsworth St make us even happier to be here. We recently got a new manager, a young man named Alex, who we just love. In the month or two since he has been here we've seen a major upgrade in the building and in his presence just being on site. It used to take a few weeks at the least to get a repair done, alex makes sure repairs are done within the week we request stuff. For MONTHS there was piles of matresses and other junk that other tenants just piled in the parking lots near the dumpster, but Alex removed all the junk and now it looks clean and tidy. Many lights on the walk ways and behind the building were burnt out, but they have all been replaced and now i feel even safer walking around. There used to be piles of pigeon poop behind the building, it didnt bother us because we never went back there, but i noticed it had all been removed. Plus he finally fixed the fountain, which used to leak and had lights that didn't even work. Great job finding this kid, he really seems to care about the people who live here and the way this place looks

I absolutely love my apartment! Close to everything! Beautiful! Fitness Center on all day and night!! Spacious!! Tranquil courtyard fountain!! Quiet neighbors! Great Manager

I've been living here for almost two years and enjoy the physical features of this place internally aswell as externally, however, there are ABSOLUTELY NO amenities and they dont pay for ANY utilities. My apartment faces another apartment building with balconies facing my windows, so I get no privacy! When my neighbors from the adjacent apartment building smoke across the way from my place I can smell everything if my window is opened. The owners of this building are money hungry beasts who have no mercy on anyone! DON'T MOVE IN TO THIS PLACE!!!! Everyone's rent is different so some people overpay by A LOT! This s my fair warning to whoever wants to move in here!
