Extremely poor customer service. First I was told transition lenses would not cause an increase in my out of pocket expenses. I discovered later they were an additional $60. When I went in to pick up my glasses I waited 15 minutes for them to find my glasses after looking through several drawers and cabinets. The glasses I ordered were suppose to be transitions. The ones they gave me were not. I took them back and waited almost two more weeks for the correct lenses. Around the same time I ordered a pair of non-prescription sunglasses and they said it would be one week for delivery. After three weeks they still had no glasses for me and I asked for my money back that I had pre-paid. I paid cash for the glasses so I asked for cash in return. That's when they started with their condescending attitude and stated they could not give me cash because they did not have enough cash in the drawer. The attitude from this gentleman was just plain disgusting. Never again.
