Mark has a gift for dealing with all aspects of computer maintenance. Hes easy to reach, by phone or email, and is generally able to set up an appointment soon after I call. He communicates easily and clearly with his customers, regardless of their technical expertise. He has powerful virus-removal software most people don’t have access to, and he knows how to use it without causing problems with, say, the registry. Frequently, though, viruses become so deeply embedding in a computer that the disc must be wiped clean and everything reinstalled. Marks an expert with that whole process. Mark is very good at follow-up. After a complete reinstallation, customers often require help with the adjustment of some setting or other, and Mark gladly provides follow-up phone support. When I email Mark questions about some issue that doesnt require me to bring in a computer, he answers them without charge. Computer repairmen frequently go out of business or move on to other jobs. I think Mark will continue with this for the rest of his life. Although I dont use the free and open-source operating system called Linux, I know that Mark is especially conversant with it. Mark is absolutely honest, and he never tries to sell a customer something thats not needed. Hes reliable, professional, and personable. I recommend him without qualification. I doubt there is any computer repairman between the Tacoma Narrows Bridge and Port Orchard who is more competent than Mark. His shop is conveniently located about three minutes east of the intersection of SR-16 and Mullenix Road.Marks prices are very reasonable. He charges much less for, say, virus removal, than Staples or Office Depot. If he can address your computer issue while you wait, he will.

We were visiting Gig Harbor when our HP laptop screen burned out. Called Mark and he was able to order a new screen and install it within three days - a real lifesaver. Also had an older Dell laptop with a dead screen. I asked Mark if he could check it out and get it running again. He not only fixed the screen he corrected some serious problems in the OS software. Mark was very fair and honest, his charges were very reasonable and he got the jobs done very quickly. I would not hesitate to bring any computer problems to him in the future.

I bought a brand new computer from Mark. Mark has done some upgrades for me before. This new unit is smoking fast! He transferred all my files from the old hard drive and load Windows 7 Premium. I had a few questions and he was always available for me to get hold of. I drove to his place but he does offer pick up and drop off, which is really convenient. I will happily do business with Mark again and again.

My wife and I had our notebook computer shut down. I talked to Mark to see if it could be fixed. He came by our home to pick it up and he fixed it. Not only did he fix it he also changed our operating system for us. Man did that make a difference. We love it and would recommend him to anyone. When he brought the computer back to us he spent additional time making sure we were comfortable with the new system. We will also recommend the new operating system.
