They misslead you with promises of a $58 fee to file your taxes but by they time you are finished the price is jacked up to $122. They also didn't file any deductions or make any attempt to get us the best tax return possable... If all u were gonna do was fill out the 1040ez form I could have done it myself and saved $122! When my boyfriend retired home and I looked over the paperwork I immediately told him to call and cancel before it was too late but when he called the office they told him the manager was out and would return his call in a few minutes... After waiting a half hour with no call we called the 800 number to be told that they do not handel customer service and hung up on.. He called the port orange office once again and was told the manager was still not there.. We decided to go up there in person and guess who was sitting at the office not returning our phone call.. And if course by the time they gave us the run around for an hour it was too late to cancel the return not to mention she had the odassity to be rude and dissmissive as if we were not wworth her time.
