Not happy. Gina was very unprofessional and rude. I will not be coming back to this office. I will drive to Ormond. Front desk behavior was horrible. I was not greeting but instead they sat there and talked personal stuff instead of work.

So as far as the procedure and doctor went the place was fine. The problems arose with their inability to handle their accounting properly and some very questionable practices regarding second opinions. So husbands test goes very well and is told won't need a recheck for 10 years. No mention of need to be sent for second opinion or anything even close to it. We had insurance that covers the procedure in full so think all is taken care of.



Then several months later we get a bill for $800 from Cleveland Clinic for a second opinion on the colonoscopy. Our insurance would not pay as it would be towards deductible as they claimed it was not billed properly to be covered as routine. Cleveland Clinic indicated that Grover just has to tell them to bill a routine and they will change coding to insurance company. When I called Grover they say I should not have been charged and they will take care of it with Cleveland Clinic. Next month rolls around and another statement from Cleveland Clinic. Talk to them and they say have never heard anything from Grover. This has now been going on for 5 months with same slog and dance from both companies about taking care of it. I am sure sooner or later Cleveland Clinic will send it to collections and ding our credit. So next solution is probably a lawyer that will cost as much as the bill. All to be told health is perfect through a fully covered procedure.



I would definitely recommend a different provider.

I would like to start by saying Dr Moulis was very caring, the office staff not. Had office visit Wed 05/08 for a procedure which was scheduled for Mon 05/13. I told the nurse that I did not have a ride and she gave me Votran's number, So I called Votran and they said I had to fill out a 6 page form and they would mail it to me. So I had to cancel the procedure. I got the Votran paperwork and hand delivered it completed to the Borland Groover Clinic on the 14th where a licensed professional had to complete a page. I asked if they could mail it back to me She said "I can to that" very snotty, but I still expected it returned. Well on May 20 I went to the clinic and asked to speak to an office manager. The window person said She just stepped out (Lie number 1) . The window person then gave me lines of BS and I even called it that.. There were several lies in there too. At the end the window person said, she would have the office manager call me "when she gets in". May 22 still no call or paperwork returned. Nobody in this office cares about my health, I think should be some education and training in this office

From the moment I walked in the doors I felt at ease. I was greeted with a friendly smile, and the smiles continued througout the visit. Everyone was courteous and professional. In my 54 years I have never been to such a pleasant office.
