i.e., WARNING, BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! After literally years of doing business here, they have someone else running it now and they are completely inept. We took our van there for trailer brakes, were called to come get it, got there and it wasn't working, left, came back again to get it, still not working right, left with it but all of our dash lights were out. Took it back, they supposedly fixed it again, left again and dash lights out again. I should say that in between visits there we took it to our mechanic to fix the dash lights that they messed up in doing the brakes. After taking it the second time, the brakes were not working right and caused a bunch of damage to our vehicle. We took it back to our mechanic who re-did everything and gave us a letter explaining that everything they did was wrong. Then we went back to Bee Line where the owner came at my husband (was held back by another employee), threatened him, and then called the police on him saying that he had threatened them. SERIOUSLY? I'm a firm believer in what comes around goes around and their crappy work and lack of customer service will ultimately speak for itself, but if I can help anyone by warning them and saving them from an experience like this one, I will. Make a beeline away from this place. They don't maintain their equipment and they don't care. I rented a power chisel and it worked OK for about 30 minutes and then a bolt sheered off. Called the store and they said go ahead a keep using it. Then the chisel wouldn't stay engaged. The tool made removing floor tile even harder. Told the store about the problems I had and their response was that I should buy my own. I will never rent from here again, and neither should anyone else. There are better places to rent from.
