      This is the only option for a mortgage company in town. Other companies were terrible with communications or expected me to know the business. MMI walked me through every step of the way confidently. Thank you!

      The best decision I ever made!

      I needed a loan to buy my first house and they helped me every step of the way. The process was fast and easy. I will recommend First Preferred to all of my friends. Now I have my home and it is the best decision I ever made!
