      The Law Firm Other Lawyers Recommend. The Lucas Law Firm PA is located in Port Charlotte, Florida. Our firm was founded by Attorney Jason M. Lucas in 2005. The Lucas Law Firm is a well-rounded law firm with a reputation for the zealous representation of its clients. Attorney Lucas has been practicing law in the state of Florida since 2000 and is admitted to practice in all Courts within the state and in Federal Court, for the Middle District of Florida. Attorney Leontitsis has been practicing law in the state of Florida since 2008 and is admitted to practice in all Courts within the state. The Firm is experienced in handling criminal defense, civil litigation, which includes but is not limited to real estate litigation, foreclosure defense, landlord and tenant or lease litigation, and other cases involving contract or monetary disputes, estate planning, probate, and guardianship. The Firm's expansive resources and highly skilled staff assist in comprehensively positioning each case in a manner most favorable to the client Attorney Jason M. Lucas has been practicing law in Southwest Florida for over a decade and has extensive trial experience for a broad range of clients. He spent the first five years of his legal career working under the guidance of the largest law firm in Charlotte County. In May 2005, he opened the Lucas Law Firm, P.A., and is experienced in Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation. His education consists of a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Florida, a Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson Law School, and an MBA from Stetson University. While in law school, he interned for the Chief Federal Judge for the Middle District of Florida in Tampa.
