Where do I start? Our AC died last week and we knew we wanted it replaced and called 4 seasons. Office staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and kind. She said she would have someone here by noon. At noon Nate showed up and we went over all our options, he took his time to explain and answer all of our questions.

We decided on a system and Nate said they couldn�t install it until next week, (today) But he didn�t want us to be without Ac for a week and had them bring us a loaner. Within two hours we were up and running. Tyler and Steve brought the loaner and had it working in no time. These two gentlemen were also professional and very nice to deal with.

Fast forward to today. We were told install would be today and start between 8 and 9 this morning. 8:30 and Cliff and Jason were here. They introduced themselves and started to work. By 1:30 they were done. They are professionals and take pride in their work, everything looks and works wonderful. They cleaned up all the areas and shook our hands and thanked us before they left. Very nice young men, professional, kind and courteous. Nate even stopped in today to see how the install was coming along.

I can�t say enough about 4 seasons Air. On time, do what they say they will do, no hidden fees, no scams, no BS just straight up wonderful service. From the first phone call to the end of the install nothing but professional, nice people who truly CARE about their customers. They will be the only ones that ever touch our nice new system

Cannot begin to describe how wonderful it was to work with 4 Seasons on the install of a new ac system. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and punctual. The technicians were neat and clean and left the work area just as they found it. They gave me a thorough education on the system as well as how to use it.Now I look forward to lower electric bills in the future.If you need service or a whole house system, please call 4 Seasons, you will not be disappointed.

MY PARENTS LIVE IN SEMINOLE LAKES AND HAVE USED 4 SEASONS BECAUSE THEY INSTALLED ALL THE SYSTEMS DURING NEW CONSTRUCTION. THEY WERE GOOD THE FIRST YEARS, TALKED MY PARENTS INTO REPLACING THE UNIT, WADE WAS THE ONE WHO CAME OUT...WORTHLESS!!! HE SOLD THEM A SUPER HIGH EFFICIENCY UNIT FOR OVER 9,000!!! THEY ARE OVER 80 YEARS OLD AND ONLY LIVE IN THE HOME 3 MONTHS OUT OF THE YEAR!! MY DAD HAD JUST PASSED, AND MY MOM ASKED HIM TO ONLY SELL HER WHAT SHE NEEDED, THAT SHE TRUSTED HIM...WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!!! SHE HAD ELECTRIC BILLS FOR $60 BEFORE THE UNIT WAS INSTALLED, AFTER THEY WERE OVER $180!! MY MOM FELT TRULY RIPPED OFF, AND I KNOW SHE WAS!! WELL SHE STAYED UNDER CONTRACT WITH THEM ANYWAYS BECAUSE MY MOM HATES CHANGE...AND THEN EVERYTIME THEY CAME OUT THEY'D TRY TO SELL HER ALL SORTS OF CRAP!! WORD IS GETTING AROUND SEMINOLE LAKES TO NOT USE THEM!! IF YOU LIVE THERE YOU KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. THERE ARE ALL DIFFERENT COMPANIES IN THERE NOW...WELL MY MOM HAS PASSED AND I DON'T USE EM

We live out of state and our son was down for 10days and the a/c would not work. Called Four Seasons came out and said it was the motor and it was now obsolete we would have to get a new a/c charged $90.00. Therefore we called another A/C repair shop, serviceman came out located a motor and installed next day. Evidently Four Seasons only wanted to sell us a new one as we were dealing with them from out of state and we were basically at their mercy. Will never use again nor will we ever refer anyone to use them;

My husband and I bought a mobile at MLGCC a few years ago. Being new to the state we did not know who to service our AC unit. The previous owners had a 4Seasons card on the frig and so we called them. For the last four or five years now we have had the best in HONEST service from a great company. We needed some duct work done and were given a proposal of the job and complete estimates. They did the original job that Wade told us would fix the problem. He only did what he saw needed to be fixed. He did try and talk us into anything we didn't need, nor did he do anything that did not need fixing. This company has had it's hard times in the last few years like many other small business. However, this company and their employees continue to do fantastic work with honesty and pride in what they do.
