      Kaltz Excavating is a family owned and operated company founded in 1978. The company s primary operation is underground utility excavation and repair. It does sewer system repairs, water main installation and preventive maintenance for septic tanks and support services for cable laying. Other projects include corrosion protection for energy cables, steam lines and conduits. For more than 25 years, Kaltz Excavating has built a portfolio of completed projects for companies and municipalities, including Consumers Energy Gas Company, DTE Energy and Ameritech.
