We called a private plumber at 8am & were told he couldn't come. We then called Roto-Rooter who came within the hour. Ronald (8498) quickly cleared the blockage in our sewer line. Julio (4745) pushed a camera down the hole to make sure there was no further blockage. Later on, Jessica (5965) came inside the bathroom which had previously flooded with water, and got down on her hands & knees, inspecting the walls for water damage. She did such a thorough job. We found the workers to be very professional & thorough. And of course, you can't beat the same day service.

After experiencing a very frustrating Thanksgiving eve, waking up to a flooded kitchen, i had the pleasure of working with the entire team. Beginning with the initial call I made to them, i felt more at ease that things would be handled.They certainly proved me right. I must mention two techs in particular. Jeremy (1322) and Derius (5992), who were responsible for drying out and checking on the extent of the damage, were both extremely professional and on top of their jobs, making a nightmare scenario into a very stress free experience. With employees like that I would definitely use them again and surely recommend them to anyone in need.

They used their expertise in establishing the problem and then taking the necessary steps to rectify it. They both went the extra mile to make sure the equipment was working properly. I called roto rooter on a sunday morning all upset about a plumbing disaster, they were at my home before noon and they went above and beyond to calm me down and assure me that they solved the problem. We discovered we had a leak but we weren't sure exactly where the leak was located. Juan #3184 arrived and was able to find the exact location of the leak. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

I just want to start out by saying Elvis 1126 as outstanding. We had a big issue with our plumbing and Elvis worked nonstop for 5 hours to fix the problem . We had a great female service woman come to our home who was more than professional. We needed work to our disposal replacement..she did it efficiently and offered a few different solutions.

We had an issue w our drainage in the shower, which also flooded our second bathroom. We called Roto rooter, and ended up getting Larry Parsely #4783, who did an awesome job! our bathrooms are both working properly, and he even used one of his tools to get our bathtub working again (which wasn't even one of the issues we were calling about). My husband is disabled, and this was so helpful to us that it got resolved and more $ wasn't shelled out as previous times.

I contacted several plumbing companies reference servicing a hot water heater in the attic. Several companies refused to service the hot water due to attic conditions, high heat and no air condition. Others wanted to charge an outrageous amount of money for an hour and half of work. Jacek (8102) from Roto Rooter of Boca Raton, Florida, came to my residence, serviced the hot water heater, replaced out dated piping (that the other companies did not mention in their quotes) and for a fair price. I have considerable amount of experience within the construction business, the quality of work accomplished by Jacek is second to none. I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and experience. He explained and showed why the original piping (1990) was outdated and needed to be replaced. I highly recommend Jacek of Roto Rooter to anyone in the South Florida area.
