Thousands of dollars of damages to my my beautiful convertible mercedes beyond words!
I have my receipt "lifetime warranty on defective glass and workmanship" to say the least far from being honored
SEVERAL CALLS MADE TO THEM- THEY EITHER HANG UP OR FWD NUMBER TO LALA LAND. NEVER ONCE HAVE THEY CALLED ME BACK. AND NOW THEY DON'T EVEN PICK UP PHONE... THEY FLAKED ON TWO APPOINTMENTS I TOOK THE WHOLE DAY OFF WAITING FOR THEM AND NOTHING...
I cannot close my roof to SECURE my car i have been stuck in a downpour of rain.. they have made zerrro attempt at correcting this situation they put me in.
completely incompetent INSTALLERS ...
1. windshield is crooked offset by over 3inches angled 8 degrees clockwise
2. convertibe top will not close as was put back together improperly holes do not align
3. top final bezeled enclosure needs new tabs as they broke them off by trying to force top of windshield enclosure... INSTALLERS tried to force it back together and use black tar- like epoxy glue! when i went to close it and it wouldn't close because the whole thing is crooked and the holes dont line up.
4. SECURITY latch button that the roof needs to be securely locked into place is broke off
5. frame of d/s outer trim that is about 3 feet long and 4 inches wide that holds the windshield in place is punctured from the inside out and that piece in fact is just dangling
6. by them using their jackhammer shive like tool trying to remove the old windshield before removing the screwed in brackets that support the base of the windshield all the vibration or whatever i don't know i have no Stereo, NO dashboard lights NO audible safety alerts NO low gas warning NO center console control area LIGHTS for heater/ac

THIS "MOBILE REPAIR" SERVICE left me stranded in parking lot with all these damages!
i have sent them video of all the damages
i have voice recorded conversations where they are jerks
they have flaked on two follow up appoints to correct the situation
they do not answer the phone
they will .not call you back

OVER A MONTH AND NOTHING...
