Brought my car for the WARRANTY and Frank, the manager. Spent $5000 for rebuild and AC. Had the car back 4 months and the engine blew. Took 2 months to get it in and it's been there almost 2 months. Trying hard to keep the faith in Frank. I did not get a call back today as promised. 7/30/21

My experience with Engine R Us was good..Mike front desk..(real humbled guy) welcomed me and let me know the deal from the start..they picked up my car that same day I agreed to proceed with the process. Car was done in about 2 weeks..always called and they updated me on where the car was at. Perfect shop to get your cam set up. Your parts..(block, heads etc) don't leave the shop..the machinery is done there and then. They even gave me a tour around the shop and even called me in to see my engine being put together. After all great shop and the owner Victor great personality and works with you always. Moral of the story great shop and great mechanics. Would recommend.

Recently had my Cadillac engine rebuilt which is a very difficult engine took it to Engines r us and will like to recommend to everyone. Really helped me very honest great customer service and defiantly stand behind there name when it comes to being affordable excellent shop.

BEWARE***READ THE FINE PRINT We called Engines R US Pros.They quoted $1875 to rebuild the motor with a free tow. We went by the shop on 2/12/16. While there, they told my husband that the block was cracked. My Husband asked how much he would owe if just picked up the car, $900. went back on 2/15/16, now it's $620, so $1120. I went in to pay and the young guy asked me if I was writing a check, I said yes. He said we could not have the car that day, we had to wait until the check cleared or I could bring in cash. He said "well you could stop payment", to which I told him that I was an honest person, unlike his business practices. He said we did not read the small print, in their ad or that we signed. I explained that we did not sign, my Son did and that they did not leave a copy for us to read. There is NO FREE TOWING if you do not have your auto repaired at the shop. That was the extra $220 charge. The $1875 quote was now close to $2700.They want over $600 to put the motor back.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! I was calling around looking for an engine. They advised the rebuild would cost $1800 and they would work with me. I am a single mother, I paid on my vehicle four 4 years and it has been sitting in my garage for the past 6 months needing Rods. The price increased from $1800 to $5300 once I paid these crooks a deposit, and now they have leaned my, vehicle and about to take it from me. No car, No money. Really, Really bad people. THEY WILL HUSTLE YOU. ALL LIES. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING MIKE SAYS.They do not increase the price until you give a deposit, locking you in and quoting ridiculously outrageous charges. I asked him not to do the work and I would pick up my vehicle but he was still charging $1000 for tow and storage after only 1 week of having the truck. Asked me for the pink slip and everything. Real Crook. I'm not sure how this guy sleeps at night.
