From Prime Rib Roast or Chicken Cordon Bleu to grilled steaks and hamburgers, we make it easy on you! We provide partial or full catering services. Our meat is the finest quality available. We have USDA Choice or Angus Grade Beef, all natural chicken and pork products and hardwood smoked hams. The Colaianni family of Pocatello bought the store in the late 1950's. Before then it was known as "The Little Chief" during the 40's and 50's.
