John Callas'Dell Roderick and Greg Russell worked together to sell me an over priced 2014 truck. They said they would take care of me. I now feel like a first date who was gotten drunk used for sex and didn't get phone call the next day. I didn't realize how bad it was until I finally read all the paperwork a few days later. Then to top it all off I took the truck back because the rear brakes squeal on take off. I was told the rear rotors were badly rusted and needed replacement. They would not cover the cost[610 dollars my cost]. If this is the way they treat someone who worked for another dealer in this auto group I hate to think what they do to strangers. Oh by the way this happened within the warrant period.
The service center needs to get there act together.Car came back filthy after a so called wash and detail and an oil change cost could have gotten me the same thing 3 times at any fair price auto ctr.
I was ready to trade in my old truck and get a new Ford F-150. I wanted an extended cab, and only in one of two colors. I looked online at inventory and Colonial had over 20 F-150's. I went in and spent an hour with Domenic, who told me the differences between the XLT and STX. I decided on the STX. I had given Domenic a maximum budget and he stayed within it. We both love our new truck.
My wife and I wanted a new comfortable large SUV. We buy all our trucks from this dealership, so I went to my salesman, Domenic, and asked him what type of car he recommended. We looked at an escape and an edge. After two hours we picked a new Edge. They had the color we wanted and two hours later we had a loan and drove it home. Everybody was real nice and my wife loves the car.
This is my local Ford dealer, and I wanted a used Ford Taurus. They had one online. I checked their price with all the other online prices in New England, and theirs was lower than all but one. The other one that was cheaper had a carfax with 2 accidents, so that one was out. I called and spoke with Winston, and came in and he had the car ready. My salesman was john, who showed me the car and all its features. The price was actually lower by 200 than the online price. I drove it home that day and so far it is great.
I live in Plymouth, and Colonial Ford is my local dealer. They gave me a price on a new Fiesta they had in stock, and said they could have it ready that day. Before I bought it, I checked prices at three other dealerships, and Colonial was 100-400 dollars cheaper than the rest. They even had my favorite color. My dad bought his car there, and I'm glad they had the best price so i could shop locally.
I wanted a very specific Ford Fusion. I looked at 5 different cars at different dealerships and from private sellers. I knew exactly what I wanted, and did not want to fool around once I took the time to travel ot a delaership. I called Colonial Ford and worked with Chris, he gave me the exact info on the car, we discussed price in advance, and when I went there, the car was there, the price was the same, and after a long test drive, I bought it. Their finance manager, Shane, was great. I got a better Finance rate than my credit union offered. Great dealership.

I had been looking for an F-150 for three months. I could not get a decent looking F-150. They had one at COlonial Ford, and they gave me the best price for my trade in, way more than the other dealers. I spent 2 hours there and picked it up that night. Its blue and I love it.
I am now the proud owner of a 2013 Ford Focus! Corey Hines was able to get all the paper work completed so I could drive the car off the lot after the first visit with him! He was competent, friendly and had a sense of humor! My husband has raved about the service at Colonial Ford and I now have had the same experience!

I went in to 2 local dealers and could not get pricing information an an F-350. I called Colonial, and they gave me the info I wanted. I went in and worked with a salesman named Chris. The numbers were the same as on the phone, and they had the vehicle in front of the building. All the paperwork went fine. This was a good deal.
Wow, you guys are great in service. The staff is very professional. My car was ready when promised and they even washed and vac it. Will always recommend others to your service deptartment. Dave was fantastic. good job.

Our fords go no where else but colonial ford for service. They are the experts, why would we bring them anywhere else?

I have bought all my fords from colonial ford and I trust no one else to work on them but the ford service department there! The mechanics are extremely knowledgable and helpful.
I was in a real jam trying to get to Boston this past weekend when my ford focus broke down. I had it towed in to colonial and I was fixed up within 1 hr. I couldn't be happier that they were able to get me where I was going. Joe was extremely helpful. They have earned my business!
