AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
By far the rudest staff that Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
They set our pay dates for 5 days before payday, then told us we would have to refinance to have our pay dates on our payday.
They are only open from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday, so if you work normal business hours, it is near impossible to find time to get in to pay unless you leave during work.
If we couldnt find time to pay on Fridays when we do get paid, they charge a late fee.
They harrass us with phone calls daily, starting Monday, and sometimes multiple calls in one day (13 calls this months alone) even though they know we dont get paid until Friday.
Any time I have called to resolve an issue, the lady immediately gets defensive and rude, says "if you dont want to pay, just tell me and we will take you to court" (when I havent even mentioned not paying and have made every payment) and wont let me talk, continuing to talk over me and eventually she hangs up.
They have threatened to call police, using intimidating tactics on me after I have tried resolving issues such as pay dates and late fees.
They discuss private details with people that are not on the account. They refuse to speak any English to me half the time when I come in, then proceed to trash talk about me in Spanish (thinking I dont understand what they are saying)
All of their voicemails are in Spanish, so if you only speak English, good luck understanding the messages they leave you.
These people are vile bullies that take joy in treating their customers with extreme disrespect.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this abusive loan agency
