Established in 1966, JCEO of Clinton and Franklin Counties is a private, non-profit human service agency that serves the residents of Clinton and Franklin counties in New York. It has 12 community outreach and 10 Head Start centers. The agency is governed by a 15-member board of directors consisting of six members each from the private, public and consumer sectors of the local community. It offers community outreach programs that include family development and housing assistance programs. The agency also provides senior care services, including repair work, housekeeping and personal assistance. Its Head Start programs include education, health screening, nutrition and social services for underprivileged children.
