I brought a $160.00 dollar bridesmaid dress to have the hem taken in and have the side of the dress taken in. I dropped it off Monday, paid the $20.00 deposit, and was told it would take three days. After five days, I still had not received a phone call so I called to check the status and was told that my dress was not ready but should be ready the following day. The owner was aggravated and very unhelpful. Upon dropping off my dress I was criticized for not buying my dress from him directly, which should have been my first clue to walk out. I arrive Saturday to pick up my dress and after trying it on, the hem was not done at all. The owner had to send my dress off again to correct the error and was again frustrated. I was told my dress would ready Monday. I arrive Monday and was told that the cost for alterations would be $170.00!! I stated my dissatisfaction to the owner and made him aware that i could do this work myself but didn't have time.

Bridesmaid dresses order placed march dresses came in 2 1/2 weeks before the wedding.September 29 scheduled a meeting with alterations at 12 called.me at 11:44 to reschedule for 1 arrived there at 12:55 I waited 1 hr and 15 min. and no one showed up...Then she called and had the nerve to ask me to drive to addis after waiting at the store for her to alter the dress in which I was still going to be responsible for the bill ...Are you kidding me measurements were wrong
