      June Loochkartt is a highly experienced trial attorney who concentrates her law practice on issues related to family law, including divorce, dissolution, child support, custody, spousal support, alimony, paternity, divorce decree modification, property division, domestic vioelnce, and many other of the legal issues that families can struggle with. She is a highly competent. engaged, professional, and compassionate family law lawyer who takes a deep interest in the welfare of her clients and their children. Attorney Loochkartt is fluent in Spanish giving her a strong ability to serve a multitude of clients anywhere that they live. She received her Bachelor's degree in International Relations and German from Florida State University in 1989, and her law degree from Nova Southeastern University School of Law in 1993. After six years of law practice with other attorneys in Broward County, she opened the Law Offices of June Loochkartt in 2000 at her current offices in Plantation, Florida. Attoreny Loochkartt is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and in the United States Federal Court for the Southern District of Florida. She has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Guardian Ad Litem since 1994. She is very involved in Bar professional activities, having served as Chair of the Florida Bar Grievance Commitee 17B, as well as having membership in the Broward County Bar Hispanic Association. Attorney Loochkartt has extensive bench and jury trial experience, including the defense of serious felonies, up to and including work on murder trials. She also has experience arguing appeals in front of the Florida District Courts. Because she knows the ins and outs of trial work, she knows how to avoid costly trials by settling cases whenever possible. At the same time, she will not hesitate to go to court and protect her clients rights when that is the necessary course to take in a case. Among other things, Attorney Loochkartt has Handled trials and mediation settlement conferences for contract negotiation of substantial property division issues for clients including real estate holdings, businesses, pension distributions, stock options, and other employee benefits. Conducted felony criminal jury trials including all aspects of pretrial practice, bond hearings, motion practice, fourth amendment issues, depositions, jury selection, trial and post verdict motions. Selection of multiple defendant jury panel in twelve Defendant State Court indictment. Representation of Defendants in complex litigation defense. Represented parents in Chapter 39 proceedings from shelter petitions, adjudicatory hearings and termination of parental rights trials.
