To get my Mercedes Benz picked up from downtown Manhattan New York, the subcontractor, FIRST CHOICE TRUCKING INC, Actually took the New York city metro over to Manhattan New York from New Jersey to get the car picked up and delivered from NY to Colorado in just 4 days even though there was a major blizzard on the travel route. I thought this was really "Creative" and an exceptional way to meet customer requirements under the circumstances.

This was my first time transporting a vehicle and I was a bit nervous about it and wasn't even sure how much I should expect to pay. I submitted a request for quotes from 10 different companies online and 9 out of the 10 companies sent me a generic email with prices ranging from $800 to $1500. One company called me - Creative Rides (Laky) with a quote of $900. Laky was very friendly and when I told him I wasn't prepared to commit right away he was pleasant and said he would call back the next day. After some consideration I decided to go for it. Booking was a breeze and I was happy to see that the estimated quote did not go up. Communication was good. They sent a driver for the day I requested and, most importantly, the car arrived in CA on time and with no damage (it was a brand new car so we would have spotted even the most minor of scratches).

All in all I was very pleased with the experience and if I need to move a vehicle in the future I'll call Creative Rides first.

The Customer Service was great and they answered all my questions, even when the sales guy who took my order wasn't in. I had an issue with the truck driver, called them to explained the situation and they fixed it immediately. Again great customer service.

My only inconvenience was that when the car was finally available for pickup at the port was late on a Wednesday and Thursday was a holiday for the company and they weren't working. So they were able to schedule the pickup first thing on Friday morning for Monday. It was completely understandable and I couldn't complain about that, just that I was unlucky (story of my life).

I would used them again and have already recommended them to someone.

I have transported cars twice in the past. Each time I chose one of the higher quotes because I thought the service would be better. Each time I waited weeks with very little encouraging contact with the companies.

This time I chose the lowest quote out of ALL the quotes received, since I was prepared for a frustrating experience anyway - why pay more! And I was totally surprised by Creative Rides Auto Transport!

I signed their contract on Tuesday, Dec. 1. Called on Wednesday just to see if there was any hope of getting the car by Christmas. Grace, on the other end of the phone, assured me that it would be here way before Christmas. I still wasn't hopeful because I paid $200 less than most quotes.

Andrew called on Thursday, December 2, to say the driver was ready to pick up the car. He explained every detail of paperwork to make certain that I note any damages when the car arrived at destination. The driver called Friday evening, Dec. 3 and the car was here! In perfect shape.

Again: I had chosen the LEAST expensive of all quotes received. EXCELLENT SERVICE ON EVERY LEVEL. I will always choose Creative Rides Auto Transport.

Very bad experience



I planned on to ship my car from Boston to NC in August. I was contacted by Paul in May 2014 . He promised that unlike other shipping company which has 3 to 5 day window, my car would be picked up on the day I wanted, and would be delivered from Boston to NC in 3 to 5 days. Ron sounded very reliable and convincing. Delighted, I booked the service. In the meanwhile, I reserved a rented car in NC for 7 days anyways just in case my car arrived two or three days later. It arrived a whole week later then he promised. The driver picked up my car 4 days later then the arranged date, and they delivered my car 3 days later then they promised.



It turned out that no one picked up the car that Saturday at all, and when I called Ron, no one picked up the phone. I had to leave for NC Sunday and asked a friend to handle this matter. I was able to get hold of Ron Monday. He said that it had been the driver's fault, and the driver was going to pick up my car that day. The calls continued from Tuesday to Wednesday. And every time Ron would promise you in a way that you believed that someone was picking up the car that day. The driver picked up the car finally Wednesday when I received an invoice.



Later my friend told me that Creative Rides was not a shipping company but a broker. They posted ads online for small shipping companies at very low price and increased the rates until some companies were willing to do the work. So that Saturday Ron knew very well that no one was coming to pick up the car.



I felt that I could understand the business--there are too many parties involved, which made the shipping longer than it should take. But Ron should have informed his customers of this beforehand instead of keeping lying.

My experience with creative has been nothing but professional. Fast service, dependable and communication between myself and the company was the most impressive quality i liked. I would/will use this company again for sure. Thank you Creative Rides transport.

Very smart of them to provide links to transport reviews. Thats how I picked them over the others that i received estimates from. Everything went smoothly. They had a contract company call the very next day after deposit and vehicle was picked up the day after that. I was a little concerned when the driver for CDA marked every microscopic scratch and very very tiny dent on the Bill of Landing as scratches and dents (I would have marked none, really). The car did arrive in the same excellent condition than when it left. CDA driver did call ahead and give advance warning (within 2 hrs) of pick up and drop of times.

Andrew at Creative Rides Transport was fantastic at arranging and coordinating moving my car. He showed me competitive prices and helped me pick a good price that would get the car moved quickly and affordably. He checked out the possible carriers and picked the best one, I can tell that his experience really paid off for me. And he got the car picked up on the exact day I requested. Then he took the extra time to explain the shipping process and paperwork, and how to inspect for any damages incurred in transport, and get the paperwork to be insured. I was shipping my BMW M3 cross country. It was very stressful for me. I had a specific day that I needed the car pick-ed up and I was open on when I received it as I would have another car I could use while at my destination. The true charachter of the company is shown in how they handled the little problems I had. There was a little hick-up with the pick-up but Creative rides and the transporter, Towne Automotive Brokers(VA), were excelent in handling things. Car was shipped during very bad weather across the country so I was not surprised that it was late in arrival. I loved that every time I called Creative or Towne Automotive they did apologize for the delay but reassured me that the car had no problems as that was my major concern. Frnak with Towne Automotive is customed to handling higher end cars, so he treated my vehicle very professionally. I would use both companies again any time I ship my cars.

All people involved in this transport were courteous and helpful. I check on the car and possible delivery date while in transit and got a recording and left a message. My telephone call was responded to in a timely manner. The vehicle was delivered as scheduled with-in a 2 day estimate. Several other estimates were substantially higher and I don't know how their service could have been any better unless they shipped in a fully enclosed trailer.

I'd recommend this company to transport your car...The office personnel was not only pleasant to deal with but efficient and returned phone calls...They eased my elderly parent's tension about transporting their car, after having a horrendous experience last year. Thank you....

I had no issues shipping my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Creative Rides Auto. My vehicle was picked up on the date scheduled and was delivered about 24 hours later; alot faster than the predicted time of 2-3 days. My vehicle was transported over 900 miles, so the driver made outstanding time on my delivery. The quoted price of $575 was one of the more affordable quotes I had received. The driver was very curteous and called me with enough time before he picked up and dropped off my vehicle. Being in the military, I move around often; I will use Creative Rides again for future vehicle shipments.

I am still in amazement over this whole ordeal. I have never bought or had a vehicle shipped from out of state before, so this was my first experience at the unknown. I requested some online quotes and received quotes with a broad difference from various companies from 399.00 to 997.00. So, I placed a phone call to Creative Rides yesterday morning around 10am and spoke with Laki in their sales department. He was professional and very pleasant to speak with. He answered all my questions and concerns. Instructed me to fill out an online application and that a manager would be contacting me. That afternoon I received a call from Andrew stating that they had found a carrier and were able to pick my car up the same evening or this morning, I opted for this morning. Later the same evening I spoke with Andrew, the driver Mike from Tonne Transport called to coordinate with me the time to drop off the vehicle and location. The whole process went so much better than I had ever imagined. They completely surpassed my widest expectations and I would gladly recommend them to anyone I know that ever needs to ship a vehicle. I would like to thank all those involved in this entire transaction. You set my mind at ease and made this move incredibly fast and flawless. Great job guys!
