I was involved in a accident over the weekend and had to be transported to the hospital. On Monday I called the police and the stated to me that Brewington's had my car and gave me there phone number. I have never been in this situation before but once I got to there office the people inside we're really nice and explained to me everything that I needed to do as far as contacting my insurance company. If my vehicle ever has to be towed in the future Brewington's will be my first call!

Very slow to come to you when you need their help,but yet charge fee fee fee for EVERYTHING! Used they multiple times for car keys removal out of vehicle, and towing twice, do not let a hold be put on your vehicle by the police for future investigation because you still will have to pay storage of $25 a day when its not even your fault you can't pick it up. If they actually cared about customer service with their name on the line they would do just that waive ridiculous fees, storage for a stolen vehicle,ha.

Yesterday evening my car wouldn't start, (even with jumping and charging) so I got a ride home and reviewed some of the towing services online. Brewington's had the reputation and was close by so I went with them. Within 30 minutes a driver was at my car and called me asking where the keys were, (they were in my pocket) and if I had the $50 cash. What do you mean cash? Your website says you take all major credit cards... Not on weekends. So, I had to borrow a ride to drive to an atm, drive back to my car to give him my keys, and finally to the closest convenience store to get change because he needed the exact amount. Hopefully you will only need a tow during the week or keep a five-o stashed some where for emergencies. Other than my runaround headache the service was timely and the driver courteous and professional. Happy towing!
