This is an awesome group of people, Can not say enough about them and their service. They saved me sevral hundred dollars both times they fixed my truck. I will not take my truck anywhere else as long as they are able to fix it. Very personable and caring. Matt and his Dad are the best.

I just moved here and a co-worker suggested I take my car to them. I felt they really did a great job on my brakes and alignment and service was great. The people were very knowledgable and gave me some options to "soften the blow". I almost went to one of the chain stores but glad I didn't. Highly reccomend them. Thank again

Would NEVER recommend this place. Dropped my car off at 11:00 am and was told two hours, my car was not ready until 5pm. Causing me to be three hours late for work. And to top it all of they refused to compensate in any way for their short comings. Never again!

As a woman who doesn't know cars I want to say thanks to Mike and the others who helped me. They are a trust worthy group who I will use again. They explained and showed me what was wrong with my car. I have been to other places and they looked at me as if I was a nuisance when I had questions. I highly recommend them. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I actually went to another repair shop first where I was told my engine was shot " it had to be replaced". So I go out and buy a new (used) engine $850.00!! not including labor!! for my car but I talked with a friend that weekend and he said "go see Mike at Alert Tire Service". After inspection their mechanics said the timing chain had jumped a tooth and was worn along with the water pump was shot. They replaced those items and my car ran great!!!! They even helped me get my engine returned that I bought from a "yard". These guys really had genuine interest in me as a customer and are problem solvers.

Other shop said I needed brakes and rotors. Went to Alert actually for second opinion, but after inspection the manager, think his name was Mike, showed me I had a cracked brake pad and the fix was just pads..not brake rotors. As a female I need to trust people when it comes to my car and I always felt informed. Not taken advantage of. They have my business and trust.

This place was recommened by a friend and really was impressed with the way they diagnosed my car. They showed me what was wrong and made suggestions to save me money on the repair. They are fair and very knowledgable.
