Ms. VanDeLoo is the founding member of The VanDeLoo Firm and has been a resident of Collin County since 1987. Prior to forming her own firm and representing individuals and small businesses, Ms. VanDeLoo was the Managing Staff Counsel Attorney for the North Texas Division of Fred Loya Insurance Litigation Department representing insureds involved in car accidents, a Trial Attorney for Whitehurst & Cawley representing national retailers and fast food chains, and a Business Litigation Attorney for Haynes and Boone, Dallas representing Fortune 500 companies. Ms. VanDeLoo's experience in the legal profession dates back to 1993. Ms. VanDeLoo has successfully represented hundreds of individuals, small companies, mega corporations and insurance companies both in and out of the courtroom. Ms. VanDeLoo has represented both individuals, who have been injured and are wanting their claims paid, and the other side, the insurance companies, who do not want to pay the claims.
