- Dental ExaminationTypically, dental recall appointments (check-ups) should be scheduled every six months. During this visit, a cleaning will be performed along with a dental exam and x-rays if needed. This cleaning, exam, and x-ray appointment will ensure that problems are prevented before they become larger issues. Occasionally, a patient receiving special treatments or procedures may be scheduled on a more frequent recall schedule, such as every three to four months. Our office will be happy to schedule an appointment for your cleaning and we will send you an appointment reminder card in the mail to help you stay on your regular interval.
- X-raysIf you have had dental x-rays taken within the last 12 months, please let us know before your examination so we can help you request your dental records.

- BridgesDental crowns are a common dental procedure that restores damaged or decaying teeth to their normal shape, size and function. Crowns can be made from a variety of materials and address a wide range of general and cosmetic dental symptoms and conditions, from protecting a weak tooth to covering cosmetic imperfections or holding a dental bridge in place. Because Dr. Thompson is an experienced cosmetic dentist, he will carefully evaluate and consult with each patient in order to ensure that your dental crown is custom fitted and matched to the natural appearance of your teeth.
- Root Canal TreatmentRoot canal treatments can have beneficial effects that last a lifetime, though re-treatment may be necessary due to new infections.
- DenturesIf you are suffering from tooth loss, gum disease, tooth decay or an injury that has damaged your teeth, you may be a candidate for dentures. Dentures can be complete or partial depending on the condition of your teeth and based on the recommendation of the dentist. Essentially, a denture is a removable replacement for your tooth and surrounding tissues in order to restore the function and appearance of your teeth. Dentures are designed to closely resemble your natural teeth so changes in appearance are minimal.
- Dental ImplantsSaving your natural teeth by using the advanced dental technology of WaterLase can also save you the discomfort and cost of bridges, dentures and implants. Even better, studies show people with natural teeth live longer!
- Tooth ExtractionsRoot canal therapy may not have the best reputation, but it can actually save patients money and additional dental issues when a tooth is compromised by decay or infection. Root canal therapy is a beneficial alternative to tooth extraction, as it can save dying teeth.

- Invisalign OrthodonticsWe offer a variety of options to aid in improving one's smile including Invisalign®, or "invisible braces." These come in a series of trays that work to align your teeth without unsightly metal brackets. You can insert and remove the trays manually, and no one will know that you are wearing braces. They are virtually invisible. We also offer veneers that cover the existing teeth. These veneers are bonded in place and can offer wonderful esthetics to create a beautiful smile.
